Privacy Policy

Agarwood Export collects only the enquiry details you choose to send us — your name, email, shipping destination, cargo description, and message — so the Juara Holding Group trade desk can prepare an agarwood quote. We never sell your data. We handle it under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022) and respect GDPR rights for international buyers.

This agarwood export privacy policy explains, in plain language, exactly what happens to the information you give us. Agarwood Export is a sourcing broker and information hub for Indonesian agarwood (gaharu) chips and oud oil. Enquiries are handled by the Juara Holding Group trade desk. This page was last reviewed in 2026 and may be updated as our practices or the law change.

What information do we collect?

We only collect what you send us. Most of our data comes from one place: the enquiry form and the direct WhatsApp or email routes below. We do not ask for passwords, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or payment card details on this website — please never send those through the form.

If you contact us over WhatsApp at 6281139414563 or email bd@juaraholding.com, we also keep that conversation so we can serve your order properly.

Why do we use your data, and what is our legal basis?

We use your details for one core purpose — to respond to your agarwood enquiry and, if you proceed, to coordinate a legal, well-documented shipment through vetted licensed partners. Under UU PDP (Law 27/2022), we rely on your consent and on the legitimate need to take steps you have asked for before entering any agreement.

Purpose Legal basis (UU PDP / GDPR) Typical retention
Reply to your enquiry and quote Your request / consent Up to 24 months after last contact
Coordinate sourcing and shipping Pre-contract necessity Duration of the engagement
Meet tax, customs, and record rules Legal obligation As law requires
Improve site security and function Legitimate interest Rolling, short-term logs

Our quote service-level target is a reply within 24 business hours. Providing your data is voluntary, but without at least a contact route and cargo description we cannot prepare a meaningful quote.

Do we sell or share your information?

No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone, and we do not build advertising profiles from it. We share it only where it is genuinely needed to do the job you asked for:

  • The Juara Holding Group trade desk, which operates this site and handles your enquiry directly.
  • Vetted licensed partners — for example plantation suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs or CITES-permit agents — but only the specific details required to progress your shipment, and only when you choose to proceed.
  • Service providers such as our email, hosting, and WhatsApp platforms, which process data on our behalf.
  • Authorities, if we are legally required to disclose information, for instance to satisfy forestry, customs, or CITES documentation.

We never pass your data to a recipient just because a third party asked us to.

How do we store and protect your data?

Enquiries are stored on business systems used by the Juara Holding Group trade desk, with access limited to the staff who handle sourcing and quotes. We keep records only as long as they serve a purpose — generally up to 24 months after your last contact, unless tax, customs, or other Indonesian law requires us to hold documentation longer. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection, but we apply reasonable, proportionate safeguards.

What rights do you have?

Whether you are in Indonesia under UU PDP or in the EU/UK under GDPR, you have clear rights over your data:

  1. Access — ask what personal data we hold about you.
  2. Correction — have inaccurate details fixed.
  3. Deletion — ask us to erase your data where no legal duty requires us to keep it.
  4. Withdraw consent — stop us contacting you at any time.
  5. Object or restrict — limit how we use your data.
  6. Portability — receive a copy of what you gave us.

To use any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp at 6281139414563 or email bd@juaraholding.com with the word “Privacy” and the email you used. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may also raise it with the relevant Indonesian data-protection authority or, for EU/UK visitors, your local supervisory authority.

Does this site use cookies?

We keep tracking to a minimum. Essential cookies help the site load and keep the enquiry form working. Any analytics we use is limited to understanding, in aggregate, how visitors find and read our agarwood pages — not to identifying you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still function for enquiries.

What are the honest limits of our service?

We want to be straight about what we are and what we are not. Agarwood Export is a sourcing broker and information hub — not a permit authority, not a government body, and not a licensed legal, tax, or financial adviser. We do not own the plantations or the cargo; shipments are arranged via vetted licensed partners.

Because Aquilaria is listed under CITES Appendix II, legal export requires a CITES export permit and a BKSDA recommendation, subject to a Non-Detriment Finding. We can guide you through that process and connect you to the right partners, but we cannot sell permit certainty or guarantee customs clearance. Always confirm current requirements with the CITES Management Authority (Indonesia) and the authorities in your import country. Prices and figures on this site are indicative and date-stamped; a final quote confirms grade and scope. Nothing here is a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

How do you contact us about privacy?

For any data question, correction, or deletion request, reach the Juara Holding Group trade desk directly:

  • WhatsApp: 6281139414563
  • Email: bd@juaraholding.com

We will handle your request honestly and within a reasonable time.
